R&D BioProducts is committed to providing quality products. Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated on the accompanying Technical Datasheet will be replaced at no charge. No guarantee of performance is made for novel or unknown applications of our products.
Written confirmation of phone orders is NOT required. Please mark all confirming orders as "Confirming Orders" to avoid duplication. Standing orders may be arranged for items used on a regular basis and receive the corresponding discount for the total quantity ordered.
USA Shipping
Orders will be shipped within three business days of placing order. If orders are not in stock, the customer will be notified of expected delivery. All orders are shipped via Federal Express unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B. Fort Collins, CO and are added to the invoice.
Foreign Shipping
All foreign orders must pre-pay using Visa or MasterCard payment.
Terms
Terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. A 1.5% service charge per month is added for accounts past due over 30 days.

R&D BioProducts reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notification. Prices quoted are U.S. Dollars. The purchaser assumes responsibility for any applicable tax.
Returns
Please call customer service before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement. NO returns will be accepted without authorization. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
